Free online tonight: The Frederick Douglass Project


Free online literary event: Emmy Award-winning actor Keith David (Platoon, The Princess and the Frog) will perform a dramatic reading of a speech delivered by Frederick Douglass at the National Convention of Colored Men in Louisville, Kentucky on September 24, 1883. Sponsored by The Frederick Douglass Project, Theater of War Productions, and the Center for the Performing Arts at Penn State, this event will be followed by panelist remarks and audience discussion. Wednesday, February 8, 6 PM EST.
